ZEIGENeV (hereinafter "ZEIGENeV", "we", "us" or "our") owns and operates www.zeigen.online, its associated website and applications (our "Website") and provides related products, services, newsletters and other offers to art lovers around the world.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is intended to inform you about how we collect, use and share personal data (also referred to as "Personal Data") of individuals who are not part of our organization, including visitors to our websites, users of our services, applicants for employment and artists (collectively, "you" or "your"). Most of the information that ZEIGENeV collects is voluntarily provided by you when you use our services.

We collect and publish biographical and other information about artists, which we use to promote the artists and show their work on our services. The information ZEIGENeV collects about artists is provided by our partners, such as museums and galleries, and from publicly available sources.

If you provide us with personal information about others, or if others give us your information, ZEIGENeV will only use that information for the specific purpose for which it was provided.

 

2.3 Log files

ZEIGENeV uses your IP address to help diagnose server problems and administer our website. ZEIGENeV uses your IP addresses to analyze trends and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Each time you access the ZEIGENeV Site, some data is temporarily stored and processed in a log file, such as your IP addresses, the browser types, the operating systems, the page accessed or the date and time of access. This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

 

2.4 HTML5

We use Local Shared Objects, such as HTML5, to store content information and preferences. Third parties we work with to provide certain features on our websites or to display advertising based on your web browsing activities also use HTML5 to collect and store information. Different browsers may offer their own management tools to remove HTML5.

 

2.5 Do not track 

Your browser or device may have a "Do Not Track" function. ZEI-GENeV's data collection and sharing practices and the choices we offer our customers will continue to apply as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a Do Not Track signal is received.

 

3. Disclosure of your data

ZEIGENeV shares the personal information we collect as described above with third parties for the business purposes described in this Privacy Policy. ZEI-GENeV does not sell, rent or lease your Personal Data to third parties, and ZEIGENeV does not share your Personal Data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Our website contains widgets, i.e. interactive mini-programs that run on our websites to provide certain services of another company (e.g. the display of news, opinions, music, etc.).
