ZEIGEN e.V. is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting intercultural collaboration and artistic projects. Since 2023, we have been committed to fostering exchange and collaboration between artists from different countries and organizing events, exhibitions, and workshops to celebrate the diversity of art and culture.
The association "Zeigen e.V." carries the imperative to show in its name. This is our mission. Showing and making visible the artistic positions and cultural content of international artists and creatives is central to the outreach work of "Zeigen."
The association aims to cultivate knowledge, understanding, and tolerance through exhibitions, encounters, and dialogue with international cultures, and to build lasting relationships.
(1) The purpose of the association is to promote art and culture, international understanding, tolerance in all areas of culture, and the concept of international cooperation; above all, intercultural bridges and connections are to be built through encounters and exchanges about art and culture.
(2) The association aims to provide the public in Franconia and worldwide with a deeper and broader insight into contemporary cultural creation from all regions of the world and to offer a platform for their vibrant and creative art scenes. Conversely, the association also aims to offer audiences in other cultures surprising insights into the contemporary European cultural scene.
(3) The association acts as an interface with the public and as a point of contact for culture, business, and (cultural) policy. It initiates and promotes cultural activities, projects, and events in the aforementioned sense.
